The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18, “Rejoice evermore, Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” The South District Free Will Baptist Churches met at Aribungos First Free Will Baptist Church on July 30, 2021 for a special time of prayer. There were about 50 in attendance. This included the pastors, their families, and members from various churches, The program was formally i started by the reading of God’s Word, followed by | the opening prayer of Pastor Reymon Mate, and j the praise and worship songs led by the praise and worship team. The welcome and announcements were made by Rev. Jimmy Ombang and Rev. June Buscano. Special music was given by Rev. Freedom G. Amenin and the First Free Will Baptist Church of Narra. The most important part of the event was the message of God delivered by Rev. Alvin R. Dagot. This event highlighted the prayers of all pastors and members of the churches . The prayer list included the general prayers for every church and ministry, and lastly the personal prayer request.

The importance of this event was the united prayers of the churches in South District of Palawan and meeting each other despite facing the Covid-19 pandemic, As Christians, we are doing our best to unite in prayer, meeting one another, and witness how the Lord is moving in each of our lives. Closing prayer was by Rey Edito Madduma. By the grace of God everyone arrived safely back in their different churches, praising God for the blessings He has given to all of us.
