Dear Brothers and Sisters, this year it seems seems summer has arrived skipping over spring. It’s so hot already! We hope you are doing well, and it’s still cool and pleasant there.

We hosted a one-day masterclass in jewelry-making at “Hannah House” in Pune. This is the centre where we teach women to be financially sufficient, to make their family life better. Sometimes it’s just sharing, we just encourage them to speak, to let out their daily struggles …We believe sometimes just talking to someone, we trust really helps.

So we chosejewelry making because for quite some time the ladies were requesting a class, as the wedding season is there, they either wanted to wear the jewelry themselves or make it for someone in their family. So in an Indian wedding, festivities start 3/4 days prior to the main event….loads of different rituals, offered to different God’s. 

This flower jewellery that you see in the pictures is an important part, and if you go to buy this in the market, it’s really expensive. We often make an effort to evangelise to women, through small deeds. These ladies have learnt to call Maalah for their prayer needs. It’s really nice to be a part of lives in a gentle and kind way.
