Dear Faithful Supporters,
Telethon 2022 takes on a double meaning. We need funds to continue supporting our workers in India, Liberia, Guinea, Bulgaria, Haiti, Mexico, and the Philippines, but this year there is also the need for funds to help our churches and members in the Philippines recover from a devastating typhoon that hit the country in December We know of damage in excess of $100,000 to churches, parsonages, and the homes of members. The Foreign Missions Board met on February 8 to discuss this matter and voted to increase the Foreign Mission budget for 2022 by $100,000 to help with the recovery. We are asking individuals and churches to consider this when you give to the Telethon this year, by increasing your giving to help meet these needs. Please join us in prayer for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines, and for our faithful workers around the world who continue to share the wonderful Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
